As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Denki, helping customers navigate our wide range of high-quality electronics, from cutting-edge home appliances to the latest gadgets. Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting the right electronics products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Best Denki’s product lineup, promotions, and warranty policies.
- Process transactions efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and digital wallets.
- Ensure store presentation is clean, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to resolve issues and maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to stay updated on the latest electronics trends.
- Customer-focused mindset with a knack for building rapport and trust.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by store schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
