As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our stores in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung) operate smoothly while delivering outstanding service. Youâll lead by example, mentor junior team members, and drive sales through exceptional customer interactions. Responsibility
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency in-store.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and ensuring products are displayed according to Watsonsâ standards.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash registers, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Monitor store presentation, including cleanliness, product placement, and promotional displays to maximize visual appeal.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets, implement promotions, and contribute to store performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and Watsonsâ policies to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of health, beauty, or wellness products is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by store operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or customer service are a bonus.
