Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Hijaberiez’s product lines, including fabrics, styles, and sizing, to offer expert recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by merchandising products, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store events.
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service (preferably in a boutique or specialty store).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for fashion, particularly modest wear, and an understanding of current trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or fashion is advantageous.
