Responsibility
- Develop and execute visually appealing product displays to attract customers and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to align merchandising strategies with sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product placement and promotions.
- Train store staff on merchandising best practices and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and retail standards across all locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in product presentation and store layout.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory software is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations in Bali as needed.
