Responsibility
- Assist customers with over-the-counter medications, health products, and general inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and offering product recommendations.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and expiration date checks.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote health and wellness products through effective merchandising.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
