Responsibility
- Process and confirm travel reservations for flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation with precision and efficiency.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure the best rates and availability for clients.
- Manage and update client bookings in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and itinerary planning based on client preferences and budgets.
- Handle inquiries, modifications, and cancellations professionally, resolving any issues to maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote travel packages and special offers.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa requirements, and destination-specific regulations.
- Prepare and send detailed travel documents, including e-tickets, vouchers, and itineraries, to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reservations, travel agency, or hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with luxury travel markets and high-end client expectations.
