Responsibility
- Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for clients.
- Liaise with hotels, tour operators, and service providers to ensure high-quality experiences and seamless logistics.
- Develop and maintain detailed itineraries tailored to client preferences, budgets, and special requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Monitor travel trends, local events, and destination updates to enhance service offerings.
- Manage bookings, payments, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
- Conduct pre- and post-travel follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in travel booking software, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
