Responsibility
- Provide world-class guest service to visitors, ensuring a memorable and educational experience.
- Oversee daily operations of guest services, including ticketing, inquiries, and group coordination.
- Train and mentor junior staff to uphold Mandai Wildlife Group’s high standards of hospitality.
- Collaborate with conservation teams to integrate educational messaging into guest interactions.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in organizing special events, VIP tours, and corporate visits.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, sales, and service metrics.
- Promote sustainability initiatives and wildlife conservation efforts to visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or tourism.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team supervision or training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Passion for wildlife conservation and environmental sustainability.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in eco-tourism or nature-based attractions is highly desirable.
