Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, transportation, and cultural events to enhance guest stays.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure all guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Monitor night-shift operations, including safety protocols, emergency procedures, and facility access.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, incidents, and special requests for follow-up.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., tours, spa treatments) when appropriate to elevate the guest experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, reflecting the brand’s commitment to hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability to work night shifts (typically 10 PM–6 AM) with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or basic computer skills for record-keeping.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and a genuine interest in Bali’s culture and tourism.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
