Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of restaurant and hospitality services, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Support the management team in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting processes.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all operational areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
