Responsibility
- Manage and process travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, and tour packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, and airlines to ensure smooth bookings and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions in the company database.
- Assist in creating customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Monitor and update travel schedules, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed and documented.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote travel packages and special offers.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in travel reservations, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
