Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery to tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Set up and reset dining areas, ensuring tables are clean, well-presented, and ready for service.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or yacht club.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings, wine service, or mixology is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or French) are advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and passion for hospitality.
