Responsibility
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest registrations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage online and phone reservations, coordinating with sales and housekeeping teams to optimize occupancy.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff to deliver world-class customer service.
- Maintain organized records of guest information, payments, and special requests using property management systems (PMS).
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to address guest needs and maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor daily reports, including arrivals, departures, and room availability, and adjust staffing as needed.
- Uphold brand standards for grooming, professionalism, and hospitality etiquette across the front office team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in front office or guest services, with 1+ year in a supervisory role in hospitality.
- Proven track record in reservation management, PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds), and cash handling.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with luxury service standards and a guest-centric mindset.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
