Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, supplier orders, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and service standards across all restaurant areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and seamless coordination between front and back of house.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
