Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of Tealive beverages according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Promote Tealive products and special offers to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
