Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea and beverages according to Tealive’s standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal specials.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn and follow Tealive’s beverage preparation techniques.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
