Responsibility
- Prepare and serve Tealive’s signature tea, coffee, and beverage menu with precision and consistency.
- Operate and maintain café equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and cash registers.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with company policies.
- Process customer orders accurately and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels.
- Promote Tealive’s loyalty programs and special offers to drive sales and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and customer service with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tracking.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems and café equipment is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
