Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and specialty drinks, following Tealive’s recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Educate customers about Tealive’s menu offerings, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining the overall appearance of the outlet.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to learning and growth.
