Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Tealive beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and specialty drinks, according to company standards
- Operate and maintain barista equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and tea brewing systems
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages or quality issues to management
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper cash handling procedures
- Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation techniques and customer service standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques, including espresso extraction and milk frothing
- Familiarity with bubble tea or specialty beverage preparation is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs
