Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests according to Yeok Jeon’s service standards, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food/drinks, and addressing guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members (for Leader roles).
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B service, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Korean, Mandarin, Japanese) are a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling (training provided).
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on supervisory responsibilities (for Leader roles).
- Familiarity with Korean cuisine or culture is advantageous but not required.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
