Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of BreadTalk outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and managing staff schedules.
- Undergo structured training programs to develop skills in leadership, customer service, and business management.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, and presentation in accordance with BreadTalk's brand guidelines.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, sales, and inventory management is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate and work in various locations across Bali.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
