Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of villa interiors, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens.
- Ensure all guest areas are tidy, sanitized, and presented to the highest standards.
- Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management for guests, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Restock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
- Assist with guest requests, such as arranging meals, coordinating with other staff, or providing local recommendations.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the villa manager promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor at all times, respecting guest privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a housekeeper, maid, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
