Responsibility
- Wash, dry, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Sort and stack dishes, glassware, and silverware for service.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment.
- Dispose of waste and recycling according to established procedures.
- Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and ingredients.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends may be required).
- Basic understanding of English or Indonesian (preferred but not mandatory).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
