Responsibility
- Process travel reservations (flights, accommodations, tours) with speed and accuracy to meet client expectations.
- Negotiate competitive rates with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to maximize value for clients and the company.
- Maintain meticulous documentation for all bookings, payments, and client communications to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to confirm availability, resolve discrepancies, and secure last-minute requests.
- Provide personalized customer service, addressing inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with professionalism.
- Monitor industry trends and promote upsell opportunities (e.g., premium packages, add-ons) to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop attractive travel packages tailored to target demographics.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent, Reservation Specialist, or Hospitality Coordinator (1+ years preferred).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or similar booking platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage high-volume requests efficiently.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of resolving complaints and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays) to accommodate global traveler needs.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape, including popular destinations, logistics, and cultural nuances.
