Responsibility
- Utilize GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) to process bookings, manage reservations, and ensure accurate travel itineraries for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and hospitality partners to drive sales and repeat business.
- Provide expert advice and tailored travel solutions to clients, including flights, accommodations, and tour packages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and service improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and strategic account management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data security standards when handling client information.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on GDS functionalities, travel industry trends, and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel and tourism (e.g., IATA, GDS certifications) are a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or account management within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when managing bookings and client requests.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and travel booking software.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural team.
