Responsibility
- Analyze T&E data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports for scheduled and ad-hoc analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize expense management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to employees on T&E policies and tools.
- Monitor and audit expense reports for accuracy and policy adherence.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in T&E analysis or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in expense management software (e.g., Concur, Expensify).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
