Responsibility
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash, checks, and digital payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Reconcile cash drawers and ensure all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their financial inquiries and transactions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the finance manager.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
