Responsibility
- Execute audit assignments with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough financial statement audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Assist in identifying and assessing financial risks, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and address audit-related queries.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of audit engagements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
- Support senior team members in mentoring and training junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or a related field for Associate level; 4+ years for Senior Associate.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
