Responsibility
- Provide personalized travel consultations to high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences and designing tailored luxury itineraries.
- Manage end-to-end visa and travel document processing, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and private service providers to secure exclusive bookings and rates.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, destination insights, and luxury market demands to offer cutting-edge recommendations.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Prepare detailed travel proposals, including cost estimates, itineraries, and service inclusions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or a related field (luxury segment preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, visa requirements, and luxury travel products.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for travel and a customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail.
