Responsibility
- Provide prompt and courteous room service to guests, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events, adhering to established standards and timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, including banquet halls, room service stations, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, resolving any issues to enhance their experience.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and ready for service.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic and secure working environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in room service, banquets, or a similar role.
