Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations for cruise and fly-cruise packages.
- Design and propose customized itineraries, including regional cruises, fly-cruise combinations, and luxury travel experiences.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, cruise lines, flight options, and value-added services (e.g., excursions, upgrades).
- Manage bookings, reservations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized follow-ups and post-travel support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, promotional offers, and new travel products to enhance sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to deliver seamless service and meet sales targets.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel consulting, sales, or hospitality (preferably in cruise or luxury travel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach to building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) or travel booking platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of regional cruise markets, airlines, and destination highlights.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing complex itineraries and client requests.
