Responsibility
- Assist in creating and customizing travel itineraries for clients based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.
- Assist in the booking and confirmation of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
- Support the sales team in promoting travel packages and special offers to potential clients.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in the travel industry.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and bookings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of travel planning and destination management.
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
