Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive asset management reports to track financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate the opening of new hotel properties, including the preparation of opening requirement letters and ensuring timely completion of pre-opening tasks.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned properties, identifying areas for improvement.
- Liaise with property managers, finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, operational standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to maximize property value and revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset performance, financial data, and operational metrics.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models for asset management decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, hospitality operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with asset management software.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
