Responsibility
- Provide personalized travel consultation to clients in English and French, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the perfect villa.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Curate tailored travel itineraries, including villa bookings, local experiences, and additional services.
- Collaborate with villa owners and local partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on villa availability, promotions, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle reservations, payments, and confirmations efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve client concerns or issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel consulting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for travel and a deep knowledge of Bali’s tourism offerings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.
