Responsibility

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events, ensuring flawless service delivery.

  • Collaborate with culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure high standards of food presentation and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage event setups, including seating arrangements, decor, and AV equipment, in alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor budget adherence and cost control for all banquet operations while maintaining profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise banquet staff to uphold service excellence and brand standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, client feedback, and operational reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet operations, event management, or a related hospitality role.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
