  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock levels meet operational demands.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast material needs and budget requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding procurement and inventory management.
  • Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
