Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to Jollibee’s standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior crew members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.
  • Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately, including processing orders and managing payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure adequate supply of ingredients and materials.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotions, and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-food, restaurant, or hospitality role, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian or local dialects is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP or similar certifications are advantageous).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
