Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with chefs and sommeliers to curate innovative menus and beverage programs tailored to local and international tastes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales reports, customer feedback) and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Represent the brand at industry events, building partnerships with local vendors and tourism stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or fine-dining establishment.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, cost management, and team development in high-volume environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and F&B industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic resort setting.
- Certifications in food safety (e.g., HACCP) and alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) are advantageous.
- Passion for Indonesian cuisine and culture, with a global perspective on hospitality excellence.
