Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver 5-star service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
- Organize and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost visibility and sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor role in a high-volume café or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
