Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring financial accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Reconcile daily sales reports and assist in closing cash registers.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- High level of integrity and responsibility in handling financial transactions.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous.
