Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily QSR operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage services in compliance with brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold performance expectations and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness to adhere to health regulations.
- Optimize operational efficiency by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and reducing waste.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QSR or fast-food management role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and corporate teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
