Responsibility
- Manage and process room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide personalized guest assistance, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to offer informed recommendations.
- Ensure all reservation data is recorded and updated in the property management system (PMS) without errors.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and revenue for management review.
- Upsell hotel services, packages, and promotions to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk, reservations, or guest services within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts, as required.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Baliās tourism landscape and local attractions is advantageous.
