Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Manage cost control initiatives, including labor, food, and supply expenses, to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and drive repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to align restaurant operations with broader business goals and membership expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QSR or restaurant management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational success.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and POS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
  • Experience in a membership-based or high-volume dining environment is highly advantageous.
