Responsibility

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards for food quality, hygiene, and service.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high-performance team.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

Qualifications
