Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards for food quality, hygiene, and service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high-performance team.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies in accordance with local regulations and company guidelines.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, managing payroll, and conducting performance reviews for restaurant staff.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer and operational challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
