Responsibility
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Drive sales growth by recommending and executing in-store promotions aligned with corporate strategies.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate shift reports, including sales, expenses, and staff performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the fast-food, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
