Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Lead and mentor junior crew members, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, cash handling, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service.
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices for customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Jollibee’s standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and store security measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a fast-food environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is highly desirable.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building customer loyalty.
