Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across assigned properties in Bali, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and train management teams to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, local authorities, and tourism partners.
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure seamless communication between properties and corporate headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing multiple properties or large-scale operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
