Responsibility
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence.
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and safety.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume or luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
