Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and explain daily specials with confidence.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining presentation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and impeccable grooming.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
- Indonesian work authorization required.
