Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate service flow and optimize efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic.
- Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
